Co-authors Drew Taylor and Daniel Purvis created the characters using audio editing software such as Audacity, using standard text editors, by overloading flatbed document scanners, shaking iPhones and kicking computer tables. It’s a visual feast that makes use of digital printing and specialist paper stocks to best effect. AlphabeNt just launched through new South Australian publishing house, Stolen Projects, and the book is available here. A well-glitched launch video has also been released, featuring a remix of the AlphabeNt book characters by British glitch artist, Antonio Roberts.
